From the 17th till the 21st of June the Greifswald International Student Festival is finally going to take place again to enable exchange between students from all over the world. To accomodate our participants the gristuf is looking for people, shared apartments, families who have room and space to share during the festival.

Host FAQ
To provide accomodation for participants of the Greifswald International Students Festival, gristuf e.V. has relied on private hosts for over 20 years. Following the principle of couch surfing, participants stay with families, in flat shares, or with other students in Greifswald. As a host, you are therefor an essential part of GrIStuF 2026.
A room to themselves would be nice for our participants, but it's definitely not necessary. A spare couch or space for a mattress is more than enough. Making our participnats feel welcomed and comfortable is the most important thing for us. If you have plenty of space, you can even host multiple participants!
Yes, but only for breakfast. The gristuf team will provide lunch and dinner for participants as part of the festival. As a host, you will recieve a meal allowance to provide breakfast items.
An exciting roommate for the duration of the festival, intercultural exchange and free admission to all GrIStuF events.
